Kai is a special breed of creator. From Chicago, he got his Michelin training in his home town. He loves everything about food, restaurants and people, and that shines through in all of his content and his personality on set.
He genuinely cares about the people making the food, how its made and the stories behind what he is eating.
THE APPROACH
I had the pleasure of going all around town and testing what Nashville has to offer in the Hot Chicken department. We had a killer time…Eating, Laughing, Crying in pain. The goal was to keep the production as simple as possible to keep Kai as natural as possible. His personality really shines in this piece and I'm fortunate to has spent some time telling this story.
